Introduction
The PhD program in Physics is a research program that offers research opportunities in condensed matter and solid-state physics, high energy physics, nanophysics, plasma physics and controlled fusion, applied nuclear science, medical and biophysics, astrophysics, and atomic and molecular physics. A PhD student is required to complete as minimum requirements 24 CH of course work and 30 CH in thesis research in addition to passing a comprehensive exam and defending his/her thesis research findings.
