All doctoral programs in mathematics are consolidated within the Hadamard Doctoral School of Mathematics (EDMH), co-accredited with Paris-Saclay University and PSL University. This training ranges from pure mathematics to the most applied mathematics, including subjects at the interface with mathematics: particularly with economics, IT, mechanical engineering, physics, engineering, and life sciences.

The PhDs in Science and Engineering are consolidated within the Doctoral School of the Institut Polytechnique de Paris which hosts around 900 doctoral students, supervised by more than 800 researchers.
